Mindful Movers Virtual Yoga Classes

​

  • Approximately one-hour classes, in a Vinyasa or Slow-Flow style,

       geared towards dancers' cross-training, artistic and wellness needs  

  • Coming once monthly but available anytime,

      via Mindful Movers YouTube channel​

  • Classes are All-Levels (all experience levels and physical conditions very welcome!); are physically rigorous, with a healthy challenge, yet avoid the most potentially risky postures and flows due to the fact that Kathryn, the teacher, cannot be with students as they practice; that said, feel free to reach out to her at any point with comments, questions, concerns, etc! (see Contact Page!)

Mindful Movers In-Person Classes and Workshops

  • For dancers, studio-owners, and teaching artist faculty

  • COVID-compliant by guidelines of the state in which the studio is located 

  • All props/materials (with the exception of mats) provided

  • Available in the following US states -- MA, VM, NH, ME, NJ, CT, NY, DE, MD, DC, VA, PA

  • Themed classes (listed above), Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow or Yoga/Dance Fusion available

  • Workshops on: Wellness, Team-Building, Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness, Creativity and Collaboration or custom create a workshop
